Our selection should include at least one of everything that is worth its weight in iron!  Timberline’s position is that free weights usually provide optimal results.  Because we take the time to show our clients the safe, effective way to use them, Timberline consists largely of free weights.  We do also have selectorized weight training machines and plate loaded equipment.  For a list of resistance equipment available, please see below:
