In 2009, Timberline expanded its Pilates program with the addition of three Instructors as well as seven Balanced Body wood Reformers, seven MVE split-pedal Wunda Chairs and one Cadillac. This provides the perfect environment for privates, semi-private and group classes. Classes contain seven or fewer participants ensuring quality instruction for all fitness levels. The Rock Wall at Timberline is 27 feet high and is used mainly for personal training clients. It is flippin' sweet! |
Both men's and women's locker rooms have individual showers. Closets, shelves and hangers are available for storage while you work out or shower. Hair, body and facial products are provided for you, as well as hair dryers, razors and towels. All you need to bring is a change of clothes!
