- Train from the inside out. Working out is more than just “mirror muscles“. You must first learn proper form and develop core strength, stability, and balance in order to always train in a progressive state. Also, think outside the box. Working out should not be boring or repetitive. It should be fun, as well as mentally and physically challenging!
