Who should consider Boot Camp?

Anyone who wants a jump start to reach a higher fitness level should consider Boot Camp.  Whether you are already in shape or just looking to start out, Boot Camp can work for you.

What times are offered?

Most times are available.

Where will the sessions take place?

A variety of places, but primarily at Timberline.  Visits are possible to Memorial Park, Rice University, and Allen Parkway's Hills.  Your group's goals will largely determine where the majority of your sessions take place.

Can I get together my own group?

Of course.  Interested parties are encouraged to recruit their own teams.  Remember, you do not have to be a member of Timberline to participate in this event.  You are encouraged to recruit both friends and family members to participate.  If you are interested in participating and want to be placed on a team, just contact the staff at Timberline.

What is the cost?

Cost depends on group size. For groups of 4 or more people: $600/person. Groups of 3 people: $700/person.  2 person groups: $850/person.  This includes 40 hours of training and 2 half-hour massages.  An initial deposit of $100 is due at least 7 days before the boot camp begins.

What specifically will comprise each workout?

The percentage of time spent on different modes of exercise will depend on the goals of the group.  The workout schedules will be tailored to fit the needs of the individuals in each group.  Below are two examples for two different groups:
