I have been involved in weight training for the last 21 years. It changed my life and my body, allowing me to maintain an excellent level or fitness and ideal weight. I wish I had looked and felt this good in my twenties! I train all ages but am especially interested in training "middle-aged" clients because I know what a personalized workout program can do to improve your life and health at that age. Getting old is not for sissies - take the steps to change your life!
