Timberline began as a personal training studio and one-on-one fitness remains the primary business.

With an on-site Exercise Physiologist, quality control is maintained at the highest level while still allowing each instructor to add their personal style to the program.

The benefits of a personal “coach” range from accountability & workout efficiency to injury prevention & focus. 

We will help determine which of our personal trainers fits your needs best.
