Originally from Venezuela, Mima came to this country in 1996. Although she traveled to Europe to attend Art College and to pursue a career in Fashion Design her true love turned out to be Fitness. 

It didn’t take long in her native country to rise to the top of the Competitive Aerobics Arena and later competed in the World Aerobics Championship, placing 10th in 1995 & 1996.

In addition to her academic credentials, Mima has earned Group Fitness and Personal Training certifications through A.F.A.A. and A.C.E., indoor cycling certifications through Mad Dogg Athletics’ Spinning, Cycle-Reebok and Reaction Cycling.

She is a Pilates Level 9 Trainer.

Pilates Rates

Private     $70/hr - $650 for 10 sessions

Duo          $45/hr - $420 for 10 sessions

Trio          $39/hr - $360 for 10 sessions

Classes are held to under 14 people
Even if you have never exercised, you can participate.
