My goal as a trainer is to be relentlessly focused on every client's goals so that every client knows they have a partner in their efforts and ambitions.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • B.S. in Exercise Physiology from L.S.U. in 1990, with a minor in Chemistry
  • 26 Years Experience in the Fitness Industry
  • Fitness Director, The Hills Fitness Center, Austin, TX 1991-1993
  • Founded Timberline Fitness Studio, Houston, TX 1996
  • Extensive sports background with experience in many major sports, including baseball, basketball, football
  • Personal training all fitness levels since 1991

Dean combines resistance and cardiovascular training with Pilates exercises for a comprehensive workout.
Sport specific training includes football, basketball, baseball and tennis.

Classes

Morning Boot Camp

75 minutes, 2 days per week.
$39 per class for drop-ins
$26 per class with 4 week commitment
There are no make-ups or refunds for missed boot camp classes
